Shanghai Million Chemical Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Million Chemical") is a company focusing on the R&D and production of metalworking fluid additives, which was incorporated in early 2006 by the founder Pu Yan in Shanghai, China. Pu Yan holds a bachelor's and master's degree in chemical engineering and technology from East China University of Science and Technology, and an EMBA master's degree from Fudan University. With a long history of expertise in metalworking fluid additives and additives, Million Chemical has established a good reputation in the industry.

Company History:

1. 2006: Million Chemical was established in Shanghai, focusing on the independent research and development and production of cutting fluid additives, and is committed to becoming a manufacturer rather than a trader of cutting fluid additives in China.

2. 2010: Shanghai Holly Chemical Limited was established in Shanghai Jinshan Chemical Industrial Park to further expand the production scale.

3. 2022: Holly (Weihai) New Materials Limited was established in Shandong to further expand its business layout.
